Students and researchers I have had the privilege of mentoring

Mentoring

I am passionate about mentoring the next generation of researchers , preferrably from my undergrad School (Brac University). Below are researchers I have collaborated with on research projects, advised on technical work, or guided through publications and career transitions.

Mentoring Philosophy

I believe research mentoring is a two-way collaboration. My approach focuses on:

  • Building research independence through structured guidance early on, gradually transitioning to peer collaboration
  • Publication-driven projects where mentees take ownership of papers from idea to submission
  • Career-aware mentoring that supports both academic and industry trajectories
  • Open communication with regular check-ins and clear feedback

If you are interested in collaborating or being mentored on research in computer vision, LLMs, reinforcement learning, calibration, or transportation AI, please reach out.
